My E-Commerce Website Research and Development Plans

My E-Commerce website will be selling Musical Instruments and materials, including courses, and books. The business model for my E-Commerce website is both B2C and B2B. This is because I will offer sale not only to individual instrumentalists, musicians or music enthusiasts, but also to organizations such as churches, schools, theatres, concert halls and many more. These would make up my target market.

The business name for my E-Commerce website is Clef Musicals. My tagline / slogan is: "...where sound meets soul".

I researched the following competitor E-Commerce websites:

All of the aforementioned websites offer a unique range of products, however, lacking by way of product affordability, user-friendly design, and variety of products. These will be the points I will work on, and incorporate into my website, and a huge reason as to why I believe it is an original and unique idea.
